Nathan was so thorough and knowledgeable, explaining everything as he worked. He found and fixed the problem immediately, and the price was beyond fair (not even an emergency rush call fee). Caleb came in my home and observed my plumbing problem with the installation of my new toilet. He explained in detailed how he would correct it and I appreciated his honesty. He took pictures and went in to crawl spaces that were very uncomfortable and noticed other issues that he made me aware of. He was helpful, professional, polite, and very knowledgeable of his job. Most importantly he gave me a quote prior to beginning any work and I was amazed at how affordable his work and experience cost me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. When I first moved to my house, literally the day of, my water heater went out. I called a couple of companies and His Plumber responded in less than an hour with a water heater on the van!! A couple of hours later the work was completed - what a relief. Since then I have used them to do two total bathroom renovations and several other jobs for us. I most highly recommend them for their professionalism, always fair prices and each person who has come here has always been respectful and clean. And get this they even call you when they are on their way.

Needed a third hot water circulating line -simplest solution, most cost-effective. Couldn’t be happier with the results of the job. I recommend this primer every time, they care!
