Barbara Dennis is awesome bygod. If she doesn't respond right away it's because she's BUSY and people who suck at their job don't stay so busy they can't even answer the phone. What I'm trying to say is she and her crew are good. So shut up about how long it takes her to call you back. Or go to someone else who sucks. Rock on Barbara
First of all, Jackie’s review doesn’t count because she is the owners daughter. This company is the least dependable bunch ever.
She sounded kind over the phone. Said she would come out at 4 OR call me to reschedule for the next day. I called at 3:30 to confirm speeding home to meet with her. 4:15 came around and I sent a text say, well I suppose we aren’t on for today since it’s 4:15 and I’ve recieved no phone call whatsoever. That text along with the previous call were both ignored. At 6am something this morning I get a text from her completely ignoring the fact she didn’t consider MY time at ALL yesterday and stood by me up. No apology or even mention. She was just Saying she could come at 8:30 today. I’m sorry, she may do amazing work, but I can’t hire ppl who don’t understand there’s a certain way to run a business. Communication and equal respect for one another and each other’s time is a basic MUST. I would not feel confident in making an 8:30 appointment or any other appointment with someone who has been a no show.
