Very pleased with all aspects of our experience with Plumbwise. From ease of scheduling to communicating with the company and the plumbers assigned to our project the experience was prompt and professional. The work was completed on time and for the quoted estimate. We will only use Best from now on. I will not ever use another company, Plumbwise customer for life.

Our hot water heater went out, leaking everywhere. Plumbwise sent someone to shut it down and start the draining process. The next morning, right on time, Andrew showed up to install the new one. He cleaned up when he was done and took the old one away. Their price was fair but the service was exceptional!

Used them a few times for plumbing (sewage line & toilet) repairs & installation. They Were Great; Professional & Courteous. Fair pricing compared to other companies in the area. There was some confusion and miscommunication the day we had some major repair work done and had to wait an extra long time to use the bathrooms as we sat around waiting to hear from someone (4 Stars instead of 5). Ya never realize how hard it is to find a clean available public bathroom to use when yours are not working. =,( Otherwise they were great. Would definitely recommend. Just hope they get there communication and project times down better between dispatch, the workers, and the customers.. Will hire them again for more work. Water heater replacement is next. =D _

The entire staff was very kind, patient and knowlegable as I went through the estimating and installation of my new tankless hot water heater. Can't say enough good things
