We have had several plumbing issues over the last few years that Fortune Plumbing has solved for us. They installed a new water heater at our previous home and did a great job. Our current home experienced an emergency plumbing issue that was quite significant and they arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem. The work required was significant and they completed the job on schedule and within budget. Fortune plumbing is consistently there for us and provides quality work at a fair price. We plan to use them in the future if any problems arise.
Polite men and hard working they do the job right. They have reasonable pricing. Can really get in detail with customers on what all needs to be done on the phone with great advice, and standard quotes. I highly recommend.
Jessie, from fortune plumbing was great! He had to dig up our yard fixing the water line. He worked in the cold and rain until it was done. He was professional and polite. I would recommend him to others for sure!
Received recommendation from my neighbor for Fortune Plumbing so I called Sunday evening LATE! provided the details on my issue- sink/washing machine backed up flooded the laundry room and basement- (after attempting to fix it with tons of Liquid plumber and a 25 ft snake no luck- gave up)- Brian called me at 8:15am Monday morning and said he was on his way!!!!! (YES!!) He was INCREDIBLY NICE and talked to me the entire time explaining what he was doing (really cool!) - he brought his snake machine in- about 60 feet later- he cleared the clog- !! I’m so happy I called Fortune- the issue was fixed quickly at an extremely reasonable price AND I got to talk to a really nice, friendly guy !! THANK YOU FORTUNE PLUMBING- ESPECIALLY BRIAN!!! : ) I will recommend them to everyone!!! (Now- back to laundry and no more coffee grinds down the kitchen sink!!!)
We had an appointment for them to come out. My wife took off from work. Ten minutes before they were to arrive, they called and said they couldn't make it. I rescheduled for the next day and I took off from work. No one showed up or called. I called another plumber to come out tomorrow. I get to take off another day. I did call them back to give them the courtesy of taking me off their schedule. Didn't want to waste their time.
