Service was friendly, quick and reasonably priced. Replaced both A/C and furnace In a few hours. Remove all of the old equipment with no mess left behind. No problems encounter with service or equipment since installation.
Well, this is a second hand review based on communication with my tenant. According to him Richard was very impressive. He apparently quickly diagnosed the problem and took steps to remedy it with a high degree of thoroughness. I would assume that reflects a high degree of understanding of systems and professionalism
Best thing I did was invest in a service contract with Stiles. They check system twice a year and repair issues that arise. Their techs are too notch, their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them.

These guys are the best in town. My head went out and they came out the next day to survey the situation and then installed new HVAC the following day. Upgraded the outside disconnect and the intake inside the house as part of the service. Fantastic service.
