This company and staff are amazing! They worked diligently to get us taken care of the following day, and then because the company had an agent in our neighborhood, they were able to send someone right over within 1 hr of my call. Wonderful customer service and knows how to treat their customers! From the beginning of working with this company they went above and beyond fixing the issues but most of all doing it in a timely manner with excellent customer service.
Had a main drain line clog on Saturday and did not discover it until late Saturday afternoon. Called Martinez Plumbing and Drain and Billy was at my house within 30 minutes of my call despite having had to drive all the way across town. He was friendly, courteous and made it very apparent from the start that he knew what he was doing. The price for this rescue was fair and I am very pleased.
Martinez Plumbing is a great company. They came out with no hesitation on Christmas Eve to unblock the inlet to our septic tank. Wonderful and thoughtful people!
They answered the phone promptly and sent someone out right away. I had a leak in the driveway. The technician found it and dug it by hand (saving me money) and then sent me pictures of the repairs. I definitely recommend this company for being timely, professional and reasonably priced. :)
These guys are awesome!!! They came to my house at 1030PM to repair a drain issue that caused me to have no water in my home. They were professional and fair. They did an excellent job in the cold weather. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing problems.
