Quick service at a decent price
Get a second opinion. Horrible inspection skills. My wife called them to fix the flow of our kitchen faucet (silt, hard water deposits) ... previous plumber they sent was great. Fixed it in 20 minutes and let us know that we probably wanted to invest in repairing our water softening system ... The recent visit (new plumber from MetroPower Plumbing) ... talks my wife into replacing 2 shower heads, doesn't fix our kitchen sink and says it needs to be totally replaced and charges her $800 ($200 each for both shower heads) and says we need to replace both water heaters ... when I looked at Lowe's those shower heads are $80 each ... tells her it would take 3 hours or more to replace our simple filtration system. We called another plumber .. they fixed the kitchen faucet in 20 minutes and said if we buy the replacement softener system it shouldn't take him more than an hour to install ... and the other plumbing company will flush out my 2 water heaters ... We called and complained but MetroPower Plumbing wasn't very customer service friendly ... beware.
