I worked with Phillip who helping with a draining issue we were having with one of our toilets. He ordered the part and came back and installed it for us. He was very informative and the main office was also helpful.

Phillip was very professional an thorough. He was also a very patient and explain to me everything I asked. I will use their services again and request for him.

After calling multiple places and getting the run around, Sam T’s plumbing was responsive and had a very reasonable service fee. Phillip was at my home within an hour of calling and he resolved the problem swiftly and thoroughly. I highly recommend and would definitely use again.
