Working with Jorge to clear our bathroom drain was a real pleasure. He was very pleasant and courteous in all of our interactions. Jorge was willing to go the extra mile for us when I mentioned it was our only full bathroom, despite having already had a full day. While I certainly hope I won’t need to call again for a long while, I would use Total Comfort again in a second if I had any issues that require a pro!

This company is AMAZING ????. We had a major slab leak under our home and we decided to bypass the problem due to old pipes. We received proposals from several reputable plumbers in town and Total Comfort's quote was exactly what the job should have cost upon much research. The other companies quoted more than double. Jorge was very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. The company even brought in 2 other knowledgeable employees, Tim and John, to speed up the process. We had been without water for almost a month! The work they performed was professional and clean. Absolutely amazing hands down. Thank you guys????????????

Tommy arrived on time and took care of my plumbing problem quickly and professionally. They have earned me as a Customer !

Not enough staff to cover jobs. Left me with a main water valve leak for 5 days. Worker smelled like alcohol. Cancelled during a later appointment window. Didn’t show up for an appointment. I also had them do preventative maintenance on both bathrooms to avoid future leak issues but instead they caused a leak in both bathrooms and ruined both vanities. Save the headache and call someone else.
