James Peterson is a no nonsense very competent plumber who knows his stuff. However his pricing structure is not straight forward and a bit misleading. When I called I was told there is a service call of about $ 43.00 and a fee of $ 110.00 per hour plus parts. What was not explained is that the hourly charge begins from when he leaves his last call. Also parts charge seemed very high—-more than one can purchase items at Home Depot for instance. While James does a very good job, I felt I was buying a plumbing company rather than hiring a plumber. Make sure you understand fee structure fully before hiring him.
