This company could cost you thousands of dollars in unnecessary work. The came out to an inspection on a new purchase: 1. Showed up late; 2. Did not have any information from the town as they got there late as well. 3. Sent someone else in place of the person who was supposed to do the inspection who had no idea what he was doing. 4. The worker was not able to articulate any findings, the only thing we could get out of him was the word "fail". Long story short we call another company out to inspect the septic and the septic was fine. The said they would not deposit the check for $525 and they did. They said it was an error and they would return the money and they haven't. No report or anything to show for our money. I'm however grateful that we did not spend thousands with them to replace a septic that is fully functional. Stay clear!
