I just purchased a new home and noticed that the shower would only run warm water. I looked up videos on YouTube which stated that it most likely was related to a cartridge. I first called another agency which stated that I need a new hot water furnace ignoring the fact that I had hot water everywhere else in the home. So next, I called Lou's Plumbing. Lou came out promptly to look at my water system. He gave me an honest explanation that I only needed a new cartridge for my shower. I decided to replace the shower faucet, drain, and cartridge. Lou did a fantastic job, was very courteous, and made sure everything was clean when he finished. I plan on using Lou's plumbing again for other jobs and highly recommend his service. Liza

Lou is very timely and professional. I needed something fixed on my toilet come to find out I needed a brand new toilet all together. He got back to me very quickly that day when I called him and even came out to assess a bad valve with no charge. The next day he installed my brand new toilet for a very reasonable price in a very short amount of time. In a house edging on 100 years old cast iron sinks and drain pipes rot out and you can have an impending disaster on your hands. Lou Ramos to the rescue. He came in, assessed what had to be done, gave us a more than fair price and got to work. He showed up when he said he would, worked efficiently and neatly, and replaced our basement sink and main drain pipes. Now we have a basement sink we can actually use and can stop worrying about the potential of a flooded basement. In addition he replaced our exterior spigot that always leaked. This is not the first job we had Lou do and every time he has come in and gotten the job done when he said he would. And at a competitive, fair price. We give Lou our recommendation with no reservations.

I needed a plumber to fix a leak a sump pump drain connection to the street. I called Lou. He responded within 10 minutes. I explained the problem, he stopped by that day to see and diagnose the issue. He quoted a very fair price and completed the work 2 days later as promised. Lou was professional, courteous, conscientious and competent. I am very satisfied with his work and work ethic. He has earned my respect as a person and professional. I highly recommend Lou.
