Fort Collins Heating & Air Conditioning

Awful. I called for service and they said they would come out on Saturday as my heat isn’t working. Then they call me and say they won’t come out as others are more important. Than she says oh yeah we have a trip charge today to come out to your house. Funny no one mentioned that when I booked the appointment on Friday. Then she wanted to reschedule me for a Monday. No thanks. Horrible customer service rude lady. Call anyone else and be wary of the prices. Obviously they don’t tell you everything they are going to charge you.

Jason was wonderful! The installation went smoothly and I could not be more pleased. Everyone I interfaced with (whether by phone or in person) was professional and wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Jim was so patient and thorough in cleaning our ducts. He didn't know, coming into the job, that it would be an old farmhouse and the furnace was in the corner of the cellar covered in spiderwebs. He didn't complain at all, he was very professional and positive, and really put in extra effort to make sure the job got done right. We appreciated how hard he worked!

We have been pleased with every service that we have had. When our A/C was struggling, we got an appt scheduled quickly and Jesse was was awesome. He kept us involved and informed throughout the whole process with our A/C tune up. We are happily enjoying the heatwave now!

They did a full boiler replacement for me. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The installers were amazing and the finished product clearly reflected their pride in their work. Great company!
