He arrived very punctual, which was appreciated considering we had just one urinal to offer our guests just before dinner time. It was a quick job, and he was sure to go over preventative measures. I had Edgar and Jose come to my house on Saturday and they were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure our clog was cleared. They listened to everything I had already tried and suggested hydro jetting which worked perfectly. They even offered a military discount which helped with the cost. I can't say enough on how good a job Edgar and Jose did. I would definitely use them again if I can get those two to come out to do the work!

I must admit the charge was higher than I have ever paid but as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for:. The staff were great. They were friendly. Wish the company would give a window of when they would show up. Only told they'd call sometime after 8am. Didn't get the text until after 12pm, then they showed up 20 minutes later. Also a bit pricey. Overall satisfied.
We have been really pleased with our service from Roto-Rooter. Our plumbing can be very difficult to deal with because we are a kennel, but they have always been able to help! They respond quickly and have always been able to come out same day. Roberto was very professional and they fixed our drains quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend working with them!
