SERVPRO of Vacaville

We recently had a major leak from second floor toilet into our kitchen. The Vacaville Serv Pro team, led by Shane, did a fantastic job over 10 days removing all the wet and contaminated flooring and walls from the bathroom and kitchen. They were meticulous in making sure all affected areas were dry and decontaminated. They also tested to confirm that no harmful microbes or risk of mold remained. We have two toddlers so we appreciated how clean they kept their workspace. They were also timely, and tried hard to get us back into our kitchen as soon as possible, including moving our fridge so we could access that outside the kitchen during the water mitigation process. Shane is a true asset to the company. He is friendly, professional, thorough and responsive.

Serv Pro cleaned up debris from a Storage Shed catching on fire & burning to ground today. They were very courteous, professional and did a very good job in a timely fashion. We were very pleased by the end result.

As I’m finding myself feeling settled back in my home after a large flood last year, I’m reflecting on all the things during that process that went right. The number one thing that was right was the service that I received from ServPro Vacaville. Matt was fantastic and his whole crew was caring, compassionate, fast,and efficient. At 5:30 in the morning on Easter Sunday after making my first call to ServePro, Matt and his team were at my house in under 45 minutes. So much happens during a large loss in your home, it can be hard to keep track of everything that needs to be done to restore your home. Matt’s team did a great job of not only keeping the project on track but also keeping me on track. Letting me know what I could expect, what timelines were realistic, and how they would help through the process we’re just a few of the things that they did to ensure things went smoothly. If I could give one piece of advice to someone going through a fire, flood, or other devastating home loss, that advice would be to contact ServPro to guide you through the process. Your insurance company may tell you that they are sending out the restoration team but who you use is actually your choice not theirs. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have a good team standing beside you. For me that was the ServePro Vacaville team.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service SERVPRO provided my family and I. Not only did they come to help us on short notice, but they went above and beyond to ensure the safety of our family. One of the rooms that required service was the nursery and the service required cutting into the walls and removing the flooring. They made sure to maintain a spotless room and removed all potential hazards. My husband and I are immensely pleased at their professionalism, friendliness, and quality of service.
