Our sewage system got backed up while my husband was at work, and I freaked out...we both started to call local plumbers but everyone would tell us that it would take a few hours until they would be available to possibly stop by. Thankfully, We found Kim Thomas, they were at our house within 30 minutes of our call and the tech was phenomenal. He explained everything very thoroughly and was able to unclog our sewage pipe. He even provided us with maintenance tips. I really appreciate the fact that he came out on a 107 degree day and took his time to ensure that the job was done right. I will without a doubt continue to use them in the future and recommend their service to others as well.

This is how companies should take care of their customers. Everything was explained to me. From the tools they are going to use, to the prices. All was upfront. Definitely will hire them again if any plumbing issue arises again here at home.

Great guys. Came out to clean my main sewer line. Before cleaning it they tested all my sewer lines and told me I didn't need to have my main line cleaned yet. Didn't charge me for their knowledge or testing. I will surely call them back when I do need my line cleaned.

I wokeup to find a major leak coming out the sewer line. It was such a hassle since it was a busy day and I had no time to canvass the area for plumbers or plumbing companies. A good friend recommended them and everything was breeze after I hired them. Great company, affordable rates. Thanks guys.

We need it a plumber to come out to help us with some different plumbing issues. We were referred and had mark come out mark was very nice to come give us a free in home assessment. After mark looked at our issue he was able to explain what the problem was and even gave us a senior discount since the service was for an elderly person
