My husband and I are so pleased with the work Dan did installing our new water heater! He did a thorough job replacing a corroded valve, installing the heater, and getting everything up to city code. He was incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy throughout the whole process, and I especially appreciated his willingness to explain what he was doing throughout, because he knew I was interested. Dan is dedicated to doing honest work and now we have an efficient new water heater and I understand how it works!

We are so happy with Aladdin plumbing. We had a leak on Saturday and Dan (Daniel) saved us. He actually canceled going to a musical concert just to make sure we have our water supply back! Go for Dan..... he knows his stuff:)))

Horrible Customer Service/Dispatch!!! Had an appointment through American Home Shield Warranty. Alladin's Plumbing dispatch lady confirmed my appointment for Thursday, Oct 18th between 8am - 9am. After the phone call, she sent dispatch confirmation text for Wednesday, Oct 17th. I called back right away and have her correct the date. Today, the appointment day - Thursday, Oct 18, I took a day off to get this water heater fixed/replaced. Surely, no plumber showed up. Called their office, was on hold and the dispatch lady picked up and told me that the technician called in sick. When will they notify the customer about it? It was 9:15am when I called. I should at least get a call within my waiting window or even earlier if most possible. I wasted my time off for nothing. In the service industry, this unacceptable! Very poor customer service!!!

Unfortunately I have had many issues with my plumbing at my home. Fortunately I had Aladdin help me out for all the work that I needed. Whether it is the main boss man himself doing the work or one of his capable technicians I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. My first experience was for a leak in my wall. The technician they sent out not only fixed quickly but went out of his way to explain to me how it occurred and left my home in better condition than before. Most recently my home had a slab leak and I contracted Aladdin to do the entire re-route of water lines in my home. It was not an easy job but they did what was promised and I am very happy and satisfied with my experience. I had a lot of water damage related to this slab leak and Aladdin referred me to Erich (from A#1 Emergency Service, please also see my review on them). I was very grateful to Aladdin for this as I was able to get my home fixed and back to normal in a timely manner after a re-route and water damage, which if you have gone through this you know it is no easy fix. These guys are punctual, efficient, reasonable and explain everything to you. Thank you Aladdin.
