John, Steve, Jimmy and Manny are expert, responsive, and highly skilled technicians. They dealt with an extensive plumbing issue and did it with great responsiveness and dedication. I highly recommend them to anyone in CT or NY.

First time customer. Had a leaky pipe and Ridgefield Plumbing and Heating went out of their way to fit me into their full load of service calls! Gave me a nice tight service call window and they were there 5 minutes into the window! Unheard of! Very reasonable price for work done.If I have anymore work, they will be my first call!

They did not follow up after my home visit, as promised. Even after trying to reach them for the last 2 months, I have not been able to get any results.

did not show up at all. But upon calling them after half hour they got back to me saying that they were stuck at some other place. Eventually never showed up.

I call and they deliver service. RP is a very responsive plumbing service who clearly puts customer service above all else. I have needed timely plumbing on a number of occasions and RP rearranged their schedule to accommodate me. Do not hesitate as they will meet your plumbing needs!
