Morro Bay Plumbing

(This work was done back in 2015) We were trying to replace a spigot sticking out of one of the walls on my house. The connection was already loose and unknown to us at the time, already leaking. We were too aggressive with it and eventually the elbow joint snapped off and resulted in water flooding the wall and floor when we turned the water back on. This was all outside of normal hours, so we had to pay $200 an hour for repairs. Thankfully the man that answered our call for help suggested that we spend the 30 minutes or so breaking down the stucco and open up the wall for him to work as soon as he got there to avoid paying a lot for him to do it himself. When he arrived it took about 20 minutes for him to replace some pipe and re-solder the joint. He also helped point out that the pipe going into the ground was the wrong type and would quickly rot away. He replaced that pipe for us as well. The only issue is that when we were patching up the hole in the wall, we noticed that the pipe he replaced coming out of the wall was way too short. There's a "T" pipe coming out of the wall so you can connect a hose, and the other end goes into the ground to another spigot across the yard. Well, the "T" junction and pipe going into the ground are about halfway into the wall now. It looks bad and if we ever have to replace it again or do any work, we're going to have to break open the stucco again.

They charged 160 to install Aerator , it takes 30 sec. Take off and clean. Just taking avantage of old lady! Bewhere!

Horrible customer service. They installed a garbage disposal that started leaking and then refused to fix it. They don't even know how to install a garbage disposal. The people in the office were rude and ridiculous. Stay away from this company. Very bad customer service, very bad company, very mean on the phone. I've never seen someone act like this before. We spent almost 400 dollars on a new kitchen sink install, we just wanted some compensation back for the disposal but instead we got very rude people who wouldn't stand by their work. Incredible. Choose another plumber, stay far away from this company. Horrible mean people!

I seriously can not speak highly enough about the Character, Punctuation, Follow Up, Upfront Honesty & Old School Work Ethic of Suzie in the Office or John the Plumber. Big lesson to me in reading past the 1st negative review, or 3 in this case; which, by the way just happened to be almost identical, just worded differently and all 3 just happened to be posted at the same time. Hmmmmm... Thank you Suzie for caring so much about my leak. I was so worried it was in the walls and you took the time to reach out and find a Plumber that could get to me at Noon on a Friday. Thank you John for the time you took, not only repairing my leaks but for first showing me where the leaks were coming from and explaining what you could do to repair them, explaining upfront that you could only guarantee the parts you repaired and then giving me a choice. I found the Integrity very refreshing. Great personalities to boot! Thank you both so much, Trish : )

Very bad customer service, bad at standing by their work, will not honor their work quality, other companies in the Central coast will treat their customers better and stand by their work. Take my advice, very bad experience and will never return.
