I'm glad we have this platform to tell each other about the services provided by companies. Plumber Robert is just amazing! I called this morning needing my hot water heater replaced at our house. Not only did he replace it (the same day) but made sure the shut off valves and pipes were replaced and all updated. All for a reasonable price! He gave me a price lower than a previous quote I had gotten, then told me about replacing the other stuff. So in my mind, he went above and beyond. Not only that, he explained to me how the heater has to be serviced (flushed) every year and explained how to do it. The service is like a 200.00 job.
