They use to be a good company! Now it’s all about the money $$$.... Yes I do get the fact that you are in business to make money! But when you have a good customer who has had you work on an older heating and cooling system. Then replace that system with a brand new system! Then just after three years on the new system to tell me that we need a new coil system in the unit, as the *old one is leaking* old one just over three years old! So by the time the technician was done putting in the coil and getting the system up and running, another $800.00 plus dollars on a system just over three years old! Now comes the best part! So on my invoice the technician put one free check up with a coil cleaning that the technician said I could use in the spring of 2018 to get the system ready for the summer! So I called to schedule an appointment. I asked to make sure what would be included and the person at Baker Brothers said just a check up and that cleaning the coil or anything other type of maintenance there would be a charge! Like I said use to be a good company... I’ve spent plenty of money at Baker Brothers! No more!!! I totally would NOT recommend them to anyone!

Had them come today, the tech Jason was great. He was very polite and respectful. He made sure the plumbing issue was done quickly and properly. Will only be using this company for plumbing from now on.

Spoke to the owner Mike on Sunday. He told me no charge for estimate. Two guys came, and on time (that's the only good thing). They told me that I needed coolant and that I had a leak. They didn't tell me that they charge $125 for half hour and then $57 after that for each half hour. They neither informed me about the cost of the coolant until AFTER they put it in. Cost $450.00 is what they said I owed. I asked that they remove the coolant, and then they wanted to charge me another $125 for a half hour again. All I wanted was an estimate. I will not use this company ever again. I felt that I was being ripped off.

Terrible. Re-piped my house, and stated that they would make sure that the walls would be painted etc etc. Guess what I had to do after they left? Repaint the interior from the terrible job they did. "Mike" was in charge of this job and he was horrible. He was supposed to comeback to see that the job was completed. When he was supposed to arrive he didn't show. Unprofessional.

Company seems decent with good capabilities but the plumber that did most of the work on our service line installation wasn't careful with our existing irrigation system and took shortcuts. They had to come back twice to fix their mistakes.
