We bought new home. Turns out it is more of a fixer-upper than anticipated. Thompson’s Representative Zachary was prompt, courteous, and 100% professional...reworking and taking care of THREE smaller projects that we had already paid a “professional “ to do. They recommended and installed a new water softener system that has made a huge difference in our water! We will use Thompson Family Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs! Also, their communications were terrific! Even sent us pictures of their employee before his arrival! Best plumbing company!!

Thompson Family Plumbing was highly recommend by our home warranty company. Our appointment was scheduled quickly and Mr. John Thompson arrived at the scheduled time. He was extremely professional and completed the job in a timely manner. John was polite, friendly and professional. John took the time to explain what a water conditioning system is and what it actually does. Something we will be looking into in the near future. Had my hot water heater burst and needed a replacement fast. John showed up in a short time-frame and had the problem resolved in a snap.
