Now, if there existed stars representing knowledge,caring attitude, and a willingness to accommodate customer concerns, these stars would have been checked as well. The techs spread out a carpet at the entrance to my home, entered after donning a pair of cute red booties, and ,with aplomb, corrected the issues they were asked to repair. I wouldn't consider using any other company for needed household repairs, and the reader shouldn't either. It should be noted however that I would give the booties no higher than 3 stars.

I wanted to express my appreciation for such a great job your employee Barry Bridge did for me today. I was previously left with a job not completed by your company and was very upset. But Barry not only completed the former tasks left undone but also took his time to help with other things questionable. He went above and beyond his call of duty and I’m so grateful to finally have lights outside my garage and my panel all labeled correctly and all the other concerns throughout the house taken care off finally. Eric was amazing!!! He answered all our plumbing question and gave us great options to choose from. He wasn’t pushing us to move forward and broke down each option. We picked a great option and even got 18 months interest free. We really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Eric also is a hvac technician and looked at our aging unit. We plan to use Christian Brothers for all our repairs and replacements. Thanks guys :)
