Coastal Plumbing and Heating

I had an emergency at one of my stores in Gulf Shores and Randy was rude and hung up on me. When I called back he ignored my call. Terrible customer service. They obviously don’t care. Update: The hang up was not do to a bad connection. It was 100% intentional.

Can you believe that you still get customer service —AWESOME-friendly knowledgeable and how many people do you know that show up -the actual owner on a Sunday..I guess that tells you I’m impressed and I would highly-recommend thank you so much Randy!

I had a busted water pipe on an outside faucet. It was spraying water everywhere and ice was forming on side of house & on sidewalk. I called another plumber first, they could not be there for several hours and offered no advice. Then I called Coastal. Randy said he could be there in an hour and told me what I needed to do in the mean time. When he arrived he fixed the problem and was very friendly and courteous and best of all his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Throughout the years i've known my Dad, I have heard many positive comments on his business. He is known for his best work as a plumber, highly recommend him.

If you need your plumbing done right, Randy is the guy to call. You might think something is complicated and he'll say "Ain't nothin to it"
