Plumbing And Parts Home Centre

I'm not at all handy, and a shower at my business was leaking. I called two different plumbers, one did not have the proper insurance to work on a business, and the other never returned my phone calls. I spoke with Jim at the plumbing store and he and the staff took great care and time to explain to me how I could fix the problem. It took me some time but cost me nothing to fix my shower. Thank you to Jim and the staff for your guidance and help as well as their patience.

Friendly service both times I've been here however I left empty handed both times because they don't carry pretty common stuff. Like literally any sharkbite fittings. In sure they can order all sorts of obscure faucets but just to go to a big box unless you need something hard to find.

This is the only plumbing store I use. The service is always phenomenal here. There's a very slight price premium to Home Depot, but you get real Canadian service and end up saving a lot more in time than the $20 you might save at the box store. I've purchased sinks, faucets, toilets and fixtures, and plan to come here for a shower remodel soon.

I'm a single mother and homeowner. The staff at this store are very knowledgeable. I do almost all my plumbing myself thanks to this place. They have all the parts for my older home. I have saved hundreds of dollars.

If you don't know exactly what you need (size, brand, colour, smell) then good luck finding it here. Very little patience or assistance from the miserable old guy behind the desk (which one, right?)
