Reggie came out and quoted us $400 to replace 2 stove pipes and gas connector. He never revised the quote until he was done and then he charged us $682. When I complained he said, "A quote is just a quote" and denied quoting us on the gas hose. On top of that, I had wanted him to get paid by our home warranty company but he refused so before hiring him, I asked that he submit all paperwork to warranty company so i could get reimbursed and he agreed. I've called about 5 times and he lies and said he called, then said he was left on hold then got defensive and said he had work to do and hung up. He also works as Bennett Regional. I would serious reconsider working with him as he is not trustworthy and totally inconsiderate. We are on SS and his much larger bill left us broke for 3 weeks and he didn't care. He knows if he took 5 minutes we could recoup our money but now that he's been paid he's ignoring our request.

They did an excellent job. There rate was lower than any other plumber I called. They also took care of other repairs for me besides plumbing.
