Mike is every part the professional. Experienced, reliable and cleans up after his work. Nothing but great service every time. I've had two water heater emergencies and he has come the very next morning. I have a friend who used another company and was given an older heater- new but was from a year prior. Now she has an issue because her HOA is asking the age of the heater and it's not true to the installation year. How crummy is that?! I asked Mike when my heater was produced and it was literally one month post production when he installed it- he said he would never do that to a customer- enough said!!
Had a basement plumbing issue develop overnight. Mike was incredibly responsive, and assisted on short notice to clear the issue up within a day. Could not recommend more highly.

Can I only leave 5 stars? Petrone Plumbing deserves ????! It's my second time contracting this company and I'll never use anyone else. Timely response to my inquiry, on time for my appointment, and did a fantastic job! The original plumbing was installed 1970 ish and hasn't been touched since. The appliance was missing hoses and brackets, but he did it all and kept to the quoted price. I love my new kitchen!
