Called to schedule appointment spoke with Doug. Was so rude.....and insulting I asked if was interpruting his day as he acted like he dis not want to speak with me. He said JUST FORGET IT AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! Really. Is this what you expect from a 5 star rating company? So insulted........
