H20 Has always been so friendly, willing to help and just understands what good customer service is. We recently had our well dug and had no idea what to do next with it. The drilling company left us with no instructions or test strips or anything to flush out the dirty/chlorinated water. Panicking I called them and they gave us some complimentary test strips, walked me through how to flush out our system and how to test in a few days for bacteria to make sure everything was safe. Appreciate their help with everything!!

Staff was incredibly helpful! Tried to use other water companies and there was no follow up. They came out, told us what the problem was, and gave us multiple options to fix it. We picked one and they were out with a new system in just over a week! Excellent experiance!

We've been using H2O to service our system for a few years and they have always been prompt, professional and reliable. Over the past year we've had to replace 2 components in our aging water system, the well tank and the water softener. While a well tank is pretty straight forward, there are many options/price points to consider with a water softening system. Kieth from H2O took the time to discuss my options, provide me literature on the recommended systems and direct me to web sites where I could research my options. The installation was performed timely and professionally. All the old equipment was removed and the area cleaned. The technician provided instruction on operating the new system and information on what to watch for. They took the time to follow up post installation to ensure the equipment is working properly, any questions were answered and we're satisfied. I'm completely satisfied with the work performed, the recommendations made and the equipment installed. I'll happily refer H2O to friends and family.
