2 stars i should of checked before they sent a moron to try and rip a military family off. if i could give 1000 no stars i would. My husband is away in Ft. Drum. NY. Hot water heater leaking. all i needed was an estimate to send to my USAA insurance to see if it was covered. After he went from 2000 to 9000 when. My husband can fix on his own. the Moron tells my husband over the phone what is wrong not knowing my husband understands whats wrong. and on top of that i would have paid for the estimate. i would have gave him $20 to get lunch. can you write it down so i can text it to USAA. I cant write it on a letter head unless you agree for us to do the work. but ill write it on line paper for you. Yeah here is some toilet paper Moron. Insurance companies take line paper without a letterhead DUH. I hope the Moron meets Karma soon. thanks to this company for taking care of military in a emergency oh yeah got 2 kids here too.
