Never had a problem here in almost 30 years. Can't believe these bad reviews here!!!!!!! Had a water heater that sprung a leak after two years they replaced it No questions asked... When it comes to plumbing I am totally lost. The guys there have. ALWAYS helped me and were polite patient .

Called to check on some supply's I needed for a shower. The guy I talked to was not helpful, and had a bad attitude. I will be going to home depot where they can help me.
Would not warranty my Moen faucet I bought there. The kitchen faucet hose started leaking. They just told me to call 1-800-BUY-MOEN. Their products are the same as LOWES or HOME DEPOT. I'll be going somewhere else for the service.
