We are thoroughly happy, and couldn't be more pleased at the efficiency & quality of installing our new front loading washing machine in a new place upstairs. This will enable us to have a real one-level house, without either of us falling down the narrow basement steps, carrying laundry in both directions. We love it! (I might add that our neighbors referred us to them! They had them install an entire new bathroom on the lower level, as well as moving their w/d to the main floor. They were also so pleased with their installations. They sure know what they are doing & besides that, are so nice. We had a father & son team.)

these people, Cozy Air, of Marcell. after paying our bill of over $800 on and or before October 15, 2015 send us an invoice / bill saying we have until november 1, 2015 to pay. and just below that there is a hand written note saying, "Sorry we are not a loan company" Trust me you can use Five star or someone else. am pretty sure they have better customer relations then these clowns
