Prompt service and customer friendly staff!

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had in dealing with a plumber. John Sapp with G&S Plumbing was NOT communicative, responsive, did not take charge of the job to do whatever it took to get it done in a timely manner. When I made the appointment he had to cancel the day before and the newly rescheduled appointment he never showed up so it took 3 tries before he finally made it to the house. Extremely disappointed with this guy and his service and I would never ever recommend him to anyone. Hands down the worst experience ever with a self-employed contractor. I wouldn't even give him 1 star but had to in order to make this post. :(

Always prompt and fair priced. Very competent and professional. I have used them 4 times
