Incompetent. I told them exactly where a leak was behind a wall (according to my wife, who watched them) and they simply put their ear to the wall and said there wasn’t a leak, and that it was coming from the roof. Mind you there is a wet spot on the wall exactly where it’s leaking. I brought in another plumber and they found and fixed it in a matter of 15 minutes. The sad part is that they won’t drop the bill. Might as well be a scam.
