Due to a series of unfortunate events we had no water. I called several plumbers to no avail. Finally, at about 8PM I got Gregg on the line. He told me he was picking up his daughter from soccer practice and didn't make after hours calls. I explained that we had no water and asked what time he could get here tomorrow. Gregg: "I'll be there in an hour." Me: “I thought you said you don't work at night." Gregg: "But you don't have water. I'll be there as soon as I drop my daughter off at home." And an hour later he showed up on my door, got the water running, and charged a fair rate. He has a new customer for life.

Used Greg four times in the 2.5 years since I've owned my house. Some for emergency and some for regular service calls. After the first time using him I've never felt the need to try anyone else. His prices are extremely competitive and he will let you know exactly what is going on. I've felt on every occasion that I've been treated fairly given each circumstance. Would recommend to anybody, especially if you live in the Duluth area.

Best first time experience with a plumber. Very experience, Nice people and hard worker. I'm glad I found an experience plumber. I'd recommend to anyone who is looking for a plumber.
