I saw great reviews online and called them to schedule an appt. I called from my phone but have them my husbands phone number as he would be home for the service call. It’s was a Friday that I made the appt for the following Tuesday from 12-2pm. They never called. They never showed up. Nothing. Very disappointed, not how you treat a new client.

Since 2008, Taylor Plumbing has come to our family's rescue several times when our home had plumbing issues. The company does quality work and is staffed by respectful, knowledgeable professionals that go the extra mile. They were truly a blessing on me when they came out on short notice yesterday to repair a pipe in my home's subfloor that had been punctured by a tree root. Having just had a hurricane over the weekend that did damage to my home's roof, fence and trees, it was such a relief to have this plumbing issue repaired quickly so that we can start to get back to normal. When you have a plumbing issue, Taylor Plumbing should be the only company you pick up the phone to call.
