Plumbing Protect sent them to me for a leaking faucet. It was unrepairable and needed replacing. Jennifer helped with phone calls to resolve the issue, which was over and above her job description. Tony, the plumber, did a great job, it was not easy, because the faucet was installed with the house, before access panels were required, AND had no shut-off valves, which he had to put in for the first time, through a very small opening. Really happy with the outcome!
Received a call from Megan prior to my appointment that said, the estimator can come early. She left a voicemail, but I was on another call and returned her call a few minutes later. I told her it was fine if the estimator came early and confirmed the address. About 15 minutes later the estimator called and said he arrived. We quickly figured out that somehow the incorrect address was given to estimator. He said he was going to get to me as soon as possible. After a couple hours of waiting for the estimator to show up, I called for an update. The estimator said the office was supposed to call me and he was reassigned to another job. Well, no one called me. The next morning I called and spoke to Megan to figure out what was going on. She said, oh we don't service your area. She then said I called and left you a voice message. The only message I received was the one to confirm the appointment, and I called her back shortly after she left it. She didn't seem to care and I could hear attitude in your voice. Sadly I wasted a few days waiting on this company to provide a quote for fire hydrant instillation.
I can not say enough good things about ServiceMaster. I had a warranty issue with Rheem. The Rheem warranty process really stressed me out, however, Jennifer in the office, was very professional and said she would take care of everything, and she did. My appointment was scheduled at my convenience and the tech, Tony arrived as promised. Tony handled removal, exchange and reinstallation without any issues. Later that night, the hot water was not working property. When I call the after hours line, a tech was dispatched very promptly and fixed the issue very quickly. The service is outstanding and the office staff is professional. Thank you once again.
They did a terrible job .They are not reliable company they do not fix what the mess up .They flattened my air conditioner ductwork. They were supposed to fix gas flut pipe and put in 44inch pipe when code is 36inch They need to come back and fix it .
Very poor choice of install method. Spent almost $1,000 to repair in- ground water leak next hot water heater tank. That required the removal of the tank from the water closet and removal a section of the drywall. Technician completed work and re-plumbed water lines to heater with flexible Shark Bites hose/ fittings, for the reason that Shark Bite fittings are designed for ease of install/removal when compared to traditional threaded connections, as it is necessary to removal tank again to re-install insulation/drywall. Yes, ServiceMaster do not do drywalls. One Shark Bite fitting, however, was installed in such a fashion that a Shark Bite removal tool cannot be used which defeats the purpose of a Shark Bite quick disconnect design. Not only did ServiceMaster refused to correct it, they even threatened to not honor any of their warranty if I attempted to disconnect/re-connect the lines when I have to remove the tank to finish the drywall/insulation re-install and there is there is leak (s).
