CNG sent a technician to my home and told me I needed a new heat exchanger that would cost $1000. Then told me since the heat exchanger was bad it was only a matter of time and I’d be better off buying a new furnace. A-1 Plumbing fixed my problem in less than a half hour. The problem was a clog gas valve. They could’ve charge me to replace the gas valve but did not. Incredibly fair company. A-1 saved me at least $1000.

Always have had good luck with this company. Fast friendly service with a professional and friendly attitude. Priced less than other larger companies was my experience.

I had leaking pipes under kitchen sink so I called this company. Response was quick and overall a good experience. Would recommend to others.

We scheduled a non-emergency call to replace out toilet. The appointment was for 9am on Monday morning. Nobody came for that time so my husband called at 9:30 to find out what is going on, at 10am we received a call back saying that there was a more urgent call and our appointment got pushed back. My husband called back and cancelled the appointment with him (leaving a voice mail) because we both felt it was very unprofessional for them to push back our appointment. The plumber comes at 11, and says he still has to charge us for the call. I cannot believe he even showed his face here 2 hours late for an appointment he made with us. We both said were not paying him for anything since he didn't show up to his appointment. He seemed very rude and mad about the situation referring to my husband as "buddy". I think a lot of small business treat customers like they're expandable, but we're willing to pay so we expect service and result and we expect the commitments people make to us to be honored and kept since we're both working people and have to take time off for these types of appointments. He should check his voicemail and give customers heads up when he's late so that customers are not waiting around for him.

0 stars. Did not show to scheduled appointment. Sent calls straight to voicemail.
