Although John was unable to remedy the problem, he made a very strong effort to clear a clog from our main line and provided recommendations on whom to call and what to tell them so you don't get charged an arm and a leg. Furthermore, because he was unable to fix and clear the clog, he refused to take any kind of payment. He is permanently in our Rolodex if we have any plumbing issues, and I consider him one of the most honest and fair contractors I have met.
John detected the problem with the leak around my pump and corrected the angle of the piping coming into the house. He not only solved the problem, but he saved me a very costly pump replacement another plumber said was necessary. He and his pricing were more than fair and his expertise was superb. He's the plumber I plan to call on in the future.
