O'Donnell Plumbing & Heating

David O'Donnell has done excellent work for us and is always willing to help in an emergency. He stands behind his work and makes sure everything is in order before he leaves. Precise, clean work and very helpful even when there is a more complicated issue at hand.

O’Donnell Plumbing does excellent work. I have called him several times as I lived in an older home. Quick, efficient , and I never had athe same problem againafter he left. I would not call anyone else. I would call him for my house in Maine if I could .

O'Donnell H&P did all the plumbing work for a major renovation/addition (the addition to our house included a master bath with some 'luxury' features). The renovations were completed about a year ago. David was professional and did an excellent job and we have been extremely satisfied with the work he did. Not once, but TWICE over the last year, a tiny plastic part inside the American Standard thermostatic control knob for the shower has broken (I'll think twice about ever again choosing American Standard, even their upscale plumbing parts, as they clearly have a quality control issue in their choice of materials). It should be metal or at least tough plastic so as to withstand someone turning the knob as strongly as you would turn a regular shower knob. But back to O'Donnell Heating & Plumbing: Both times David has cheerfully come out, free of charge, to take out the broken piece and install the new one that American Standard provided us. The second time, I asked him to show me how to do it so if it keeps breaking, I don't need to call him out. He was happy to do so and when I offered to pay him for his trip this time (it wasn't his fault American Standard uses cheap plastic parts that break too easily), he refused. I'm impressed with O'Donnell Heating & Plumbing and their terrific customer service, and recommend them highly.
