They deliverred the item with missing parts, it took another week as the Lady who ordered it was on holiday. When we came to fit it the mantle was chipped, they sent an engineer out who accused me of doing it myself, and said customers do this all the time, I sent a letter of complaint which was never answered. My advice is if they deliver something and its wrapped up ensure they unwrap it and you check for any damage as you won't get anywhere after the event.
