I can't thank Steve enough @ Happy Tappy Plumbing & Gas! My partner and I had our hot water system die on us and Steve was very helpful and very explanatory in helping me understand the in's & out's of our homes gas & water systems before we made the firm decision on what unit we wanted and needed for our house. Having to have a freezing cold shower in the middle of a 5 degree morning is not enjoyable! Steve was quick to replace our hot water system for us, he was polite, courteous and professional with his work. He even took it upon himself to check-up a water hammer we were having in the kitchen and fixed the issue right then and there for us and had his electrician Robbie come out to replace the external power point for the hot water system. We called Steve to disconnect an old gas oven, change over an old toilet while we changed some kitchen cabinets over and then connect a new gas cooktop. Steve was very friendly, easy-going and helpful. He went the extra mile to work around us and his experience proved valuable when the jobs were not as easy as we anticipated. Thanks Steve!
