Pro Heat installed a new boiler for us this week and they were fantastic. I dont often write reviews but really felt like I should as they were brilliant. The team were extremely respectful of our new born little girl with the noise where they could be and nothing was too much trouble. We had a few issues with our new smart controller installed which we had to call virgin to resolve as this was linked to our broadband however Jack and Dave both attended the property on multiple occasions to help resolve this and stayed late to get us up and running as quickly as possible. Another extremely kind gesture was a bouquet of flowers sent by the team to congratulate us on our little girl which was a complete surprise and extremely sweet as this was not necessary. It's not often these days that you get decent, respectful and trustworthy companies so this was refreshing and so glad we chose them. Would recommend to anyone and would use them again for anything we'd need. Mr and Mrs Usher

The engineer came at the time advised, carried out the work very efficiently, and checked that the boiler worked properly before leaving. He was exceptionally polite.

I called for a boiler to be tested and plumbed. They were not interested. Their reason was someone already hung the boiler and did the water side. They are in fact obliged to make it safe and certified no matter if it hung by someone else.

Excellent service as always, I've been using Proheat for a number of years now and never had an issue. Would highly recommend them.

Fast and efficient. Had a bit of a hiccup but soon remedied.
