Alan (Service Manager) & Carole (Admin) helped me resolve an unfortunate problem - an undated Gas Safety Certificate. With just hours to go before a new Tenant took hold of the keys, NHP Romsey acknowledged their mistake and paid the costs of a 3rd Party to issue a replacement Certificate. Be careful of this Business they send out charges for work not done

Awful do not use. Completely rude, broke things rather than fixed them and then refused to come and fix what they had broken - oh and charge rediculous prices
