I can highly recommend this company there work is of a high standard, always friendly, the job they did recently was done in the time and I was very pleased with the work. I have had several friends use them after I did and they were glad I recommend them.

I do hope your building work isn't as cack-handed as your prose. Can I just check, was the deposit non-refundable? You only say that five times. And I did enjoy, 'planned works cancelled without notice or negotiation'. I think you should make that point again for prospective customers, but like this... 'Dear customer, if you hand over a deposit to Lee Botting builders for £15,000 and are inconsiderate enough to die four days later without notice or negotiation, don't think you are getting it back, it's non-refundable.' Talk about cowboy builders. I have been following this saga and the shoddy way in which Mr Botting has conducted himself. They way this family has been treated is nothing short of appalling. I am a builder meself and I wouldn't have been able to sleep at night if I had not handed the money back at the first opportunity. You should be ashamed of yourself Mr Botting, your a disgrace to your profession. And I hear your a Christian. Pfft. Shocking. From Laurence Jones
