I worked with Tom from New Concepts on an oil to propane conversion. It was a big job with several twists, including separating my one zone heat into two zones, new modern thermostats, and as well reconnecting my basement loop which was cut out by the previous owner due to frozen pipe damage. Everything is working beautifully now - not just more efficiently but also the house is much more evenly heated. I had the town inspector come out to sign off on the job, and three times during the inspection said "wow...whoever did this did a really, really good job". And everyone I've showed it to has been impressed, including two other HVAC techs. Not only that, Tom has helped me to NOT need his service a few times with some of the smaller plumbing / heating projects I've tackled with solid advise on what to do (or not to do as is more often the case). If you need heating or plumbing help, make one call to Tom and get it done right the first time.
My experience with New Concepts plumbing was fantastic. We had a plumbing issue with a toilet in our basement and Tom came right out to provide excellent service. He was very knowledgeable, prompt and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and I highly recommend him.
