As a property manager I use Reactive maintenance on a regular basis. I find them to be extremely reliable & trustworthy - work is always to a high standard. I would highly recommend the guys at Reactive maintenance.
Fantastic customer service , arrived on time ,did work & left the property spotless afterwards , would have no hesitation in recommending , also a follow up phone call from Company after the work was completed to make sure everything was to my expectations was appreciated
UN-reactive maintenance. Extremely slow. Often no response. Many jobs can take over a month to be resolved. Three months for a fridge replacement.
Came to house, priced some work and then completely ignored us.Very unprofessional.
