Our engineer Harry was great. Professional and polite. Had shoe covers and tidied up after himself. Not the easiest job especially in rainy conditions but he got it done and I couldn’t be more pleased.
My sister who lives in London used these morons they have no idea what they are doing. All their reviews are FAKE they supposed to be using CCTV to run it through drain but instead they did not although they claimed they did. They sent us a random video of a drain which they claimed it is our drain. When we called trading standards and police they admitted it was a sample video. Ladies and gents, do not believe in this one man run company

Absolutely brilliant service. Called at 10am and the team arrived by 1:15pm. Went above and beyond to get our drain unblocked, very detailed with the CCTV and explaining the issues with the drain. Very professional and personable. Highly recommended!
