We have always received fantastic service from SMART maintenance, we have used the company innumerable times for a wide range of jobs. The customer service is prompt and efficient and work is carried out to time and on budget. The work has always been completed to a very high standard and the level of professionalism within the company makes coordination simple. Whenever I have work to do in our rented property I always call SMART maintenance first.
Smart maintenance added the finishing flourish to our new kitchen with perfect tiling. The work was very professional, good quality with great care taken to ensure we got the job done the way we wanted. The care to protect surfaces and the clean up afterwards was exceptional too. I needed a painter/decorator to complete a living room before my furniture arrived within 3-4 days. SM were the only ones that responded to my email request for a quote within this short time period. I received a reply at 8pm offering to attend the next day for a free quote. Rus turned up on time and took his shoes off which was very respectful. Not thinking initially that the job could be done before my furniture delivery, I mentioned it to Rus and he said, 'yes, we can do it tomorrow'.
