Rang Dave on a Thursday night at 8.00pm as my 88 year old Mother-in-law had a blocked drain. Dave arranged to be at her address the very next morning st 8.00am and reassured me that mum was in safe hands. He even gave details of van etc. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional in his work and mannerisms. Mum commented how caring he was.
